The Perfect Easy Guacamole Recipe
serves 4 (about 1/2 an avocado per person)
Ingredients
2 avocados
fresh juice from a lemon or a lime
a pinch of salt
Equipment
a bowl
a fork
covering for bowl
Method
cut the avocado in half and gently twist it to open
remove the large pip and skin the avocado
chop the avocado up into a bowl and sprinkle it with salt (I like to use celtic salt)
mash the avocado with the fork and pour the lemon/lime juice accordingly to your taste
cover the bowl and place it inside the freezer for 5 minutes to cool before serving (make sure you don't forget it inside!)
