The Perfect Easy Guacamole Recipe

serves 4 (about 1/2 an avocado per person)




Ingredients

  • 2 avocados

  • fresh juice from a lemon or a lime

  • a pinch of salt

Equipment

  • a bowl

  • a fork

  • covering for bowl


Method

  1. cut the avocado in half and gently twist it to open

  2. remove the large pip and skin the avocado

  3. chop the avocado up into a bowl and sprinkle it with salt (I like to use celtic salt)

  4. mash the avocado with the fork and pour the lemon/lime juice accordingly to your taste

  5. cover the bowl and place it inside the freezer for 5 minutes to cool before serving (make sure you don't forget it inside!)
